31. Oh... well if her pack was less for games than he was, would it be bad for Shinjiki to turn it down? It probably would be, but what was he suppose to do? With a light sigh, Shinjiki tried to smile at the female. "I suppose we could do that, then," he said. He shouldn't make her be bored or anything. Of course, she didn't have to stay here like he did, so maybe it was he who needed to remain entertained.

32. Mudtail thought for a few moments. What was a good question that she could start things off with...? After a moment more of scratching at the ground, she said, "Okay, I have one. Your favorite way to spend a warm, sunny day would be...?"
She already knew her answer to this one, but she would wait for him to answer first.

33. Shinjiki seemed to grow a little sheepish. Well, it wasn't like she didn't already know. "I sort of... like lazing, and watching the clouds," he stated. He knew it was terrible for a Volpe of all things to admit to that, but it wasn't all the time. He was definetly more active at night. "So, do I ask a question know?" Oh, how foolish he was! He knew it, but that didn't seem to bother him all that much at all.

34. Mudtail nodded. "Yep. That's how the game works." She said, smiling as best as a Griffon could. Her eyes sparkled happily as she scratched at the ground. What kind of question would he ask her? She had plenty of answers, but how long would it take her to get them worded right?

35. It took a moment for Shinjiki to actually think of a question. He wasn't really sure what he was suppoes to ask her, since he had never played before. "Do you have a favorite song bird?" he questioned. It was silly and all, but at least it was something. Since every bird had a different sound, eh was sure that she must have had one that would make her happy to hear every day.

36. Mudtail thought for a few minutes before she said, "I would have to say that the cardinal is my favorite songbird." She actually had several favorite birds, but she had to pick the cardinal was her favorite because of its bright red coloration.
"What is your favorite animal?" she asked in return.

37. Shinjiki nodded, though only slightly. He didn't get to see many cardinals around where he lived, but that didn't mean that she never saw them! In fact, depending on where she was, she very well may have had swarms of them floating around. "Animal, huh?" he pondered aloud. "I suppose saying my human would be foolish?" He paused again, trying to think of something. "I like bats. They're strange creatures."

38. Mudtail chuckled as she said, "Well, that depends. My human is a curious hybrid of human and Kitsune... I believe that's the fox that has nine tails at one point or another in its life." She shrugged as she said, "Bats are strange creatures. Those wings that they have... they are certainly different, and the way they sleep hanging upside down... if I tried to do that, I would not be able to stand right for at least an hour."

39. Shinjiki smiled as wide as his canine maw would let him. "I'm unsure if my human is anything but. She use to speak of being covered in long, silky fur, much like our's, but she never bothered prove it to us," he stated, growing deeper into thought. Luckily, he was able to break free and look back at Mudtail. "But bats are my favorites, yes. Now... I suppose it's my turn for a question?" He paused again, trying to think. "What is your favorite... flower?"

[[> > Okay, I WILL remember that this place is still here...]]
40. Mudtail thought for a moment. What was her favorite flower? Finally, after a few minutes, she said, "I would have to go with lilacs. Lilacs are such a beautiful flower... and they smell pretty, too." She smiled as she remembered how the male Bloodwar Volpe had brought her a little bouquet of lilacs, completely out of character for him; said his feminine companion.

(At least we only have a few more. X3)
41. It took a moment for Shinjiki to remember what a lilac was. He didn't think that he had any back on the pack-lands, but that didn't mean too much to him. It was just fine to know that she was able to enjoy the world around her, even when it was something that he didn't know of too well. "I don't see much in the way of lilacs," he told her. Perhaps he'd be able to get his human to find some to plant? She may not want to plant new things in the forest, in case they were to take over the area, but maybe she would. She did, after all, really enjoy flowers.

42. Mudtail inclined her head slightly as she said, "I see... well, my human says that they grow quite nicely and not all that badly. They're quite tame by way of staying where they're planted." Indeed, that was true; her human had planted one, maybe two bushes when she first established the Sancutary of Fire, and there were still only one or two.

43. Did they now? He didn't know that, but he figured that not everyone actually had to know a whole lot about flowers. Him? He didn't plant them, or really take much effort to go around to them. This female, though, might have been far more interested in them than what he was, or maybe her human was, it was hard to say. "I take it you do a lot of gardening?" he questioned. "Or are you simply someone who would rather smell a rose instead of dealing with the dirt?"

44. Mudtail laughed as she said, "I love digging in the mud just as much as I love smelling the flowers that result from all the 'dirty-work'. Granted, my human does most of the gardening, but I help her. Most of the others are too busy to want to help, or they are too afraid that it will take a great deal of bathing to get the mud out of their fur." She shrugged. "But, oddly enough, we have a pair of Bloodwar Volpes--brother and sister--that help with the gardening a lot. It's odd, for certain; but they are good gardeners."

45. Really now? He didn't really find a lot of Volpes, especially not ones like this, that were willing to roll around in the mud, even if it resulted in a blossom. "That's good," he said, lifting his head a little, though he cocked it to the side. "The Volpes back home hate digging, unless it's for the very reason of getting dirty. Not many plants get placed in since our human is always attempting to teach one of us some 'manners,' as she calls it." He let out a short, depressed sigh.
(Lykhomg, done! =D)
