In honesty, Other wouldn't have cared if she fell asleep. After all, all he wanted to do was protect her. Yes, it would have been a little hard to do with her laying on him, but that was alright. As long as she was happy, he would be, too. "You can sleep, though, Twist," he stated. "I won't make you stay awake." Of course he too wanted to sleep, and he knew that, but he couldn't let her sleep and not be awake himself. There was no way he was going to risk anything.

Twist really had no idea what to say. Since she really did want to sleep, she had no idea how she was going to keep herself awake. If she couldn't, though, would that make Other upset? She didn't think that was the case or anytihng, but what could she do about that? "No, I'll wait for you to get tired," she told him. Hopefully he would understand, but if he didn't, that would probably be okay, too... After all, it wasn't like she could make him do anything, anyway.

Other blinked down at Twist. What was he suppose to do? If she didn't want to sleep just because he didn't want to, that just didn't make sense to him. Of course, he couldn't honestly do anything about that, anyway. "Let's go for a walk, then?" he suggested. It would keep them both awake, and maybe it would kill some time for when Uso came back to get them. Still, he felt a little guilty trying to keep his mate awake, but if that was what she wanted, then that was what she would get.

Twist thought for a moment. Well, a walk did seem like it would be a good idea, though she really wasn't too sure if she would be able to keep herself awake for such things. Still, for her beloved Other, she would try her hardest. "Alright," she said as she slowly stood up. "That sounds like a wonderful idea!" She wasn't too sure if Other really wanted to go for a walk, though. After all, he looked really tired... Possibly more tired than how she herself happened to feel.

Other blinked up at Twist. Did she honestly want to go for this little walk he had thought of? He really couldn't tell right now, but that hardly mattered. If she was okay with the idea, then that was just how it was going to have to be right now. "As long as you're happy, my dear," he said, letting a big, canine smile cross over his features. He slowly stood up, and stretched a little. Hopefully that wouldn't make Twist think that he was tired or anything, because that would be bad.

Twist watched quietly as Other stretched. Was he sure that he wanted to go on this walk? Was he sure that he just didn't want to go to sleep? In honesty, the Volpe wouldn't have been all that bothered if he wanted to sleep. After all, it wasn't like he couldn't. It probably would have been a better idea if he did, anyway. "Are you sure you really want to go for a walk?" she asked. She really just didn't want to make him do anything...
The brute cocked his head off to the side a little. Why wouldn't he want to go for a walk with her? it wasn't like he was going to fall over dead if he walked around a little. It probably would have been better for him to go for a walk, anyway, just so he had something to do. Of course, he really didn't know if he should even be bothering, if she didn't want to go... "Do you not want to go for a walk with me, Twist?" he asked sadly. Surely that couldn't have been it, though...

Twist opened her mouth a little, then closed it. "Of course I want to go for a walk with you, silly!" she said, shaking her head a little. "You just... seem really tired. I don't want to make you go for a walk if you're tired." She knew that it wouldn't be fair for him. Sure, she was tired, too, but he happened to be her main concern, even though he didn't think that he should be. That was simply his problem, because Twist was going to worry about him all she wanted!

Other wasn't really sure what he was suppose to say to her. Yes, he was tired, but he was fine. He really was. "I can go for a short walk," he said. "I'll be fine... Are you too tired to go?" He really didn't want her to be walking around if she was too tired to do all that much. It wouldn't be at all fair if he were to make her do that, but he couldn't really help himself, concidering the fact that he really just wanted her to be happy, but that was prooving to be a little difficult.

Since Twist really wasn't all that sure if she was too tired to do anything, she just shook her head and smiled up at him. "I'll be fine, as long as you are!" She told him, her tails slowly wagging behind her. Tired or not, she just wanted to be with him, no matter what they may have been doing. It wasn't like she was horribly tired, anyway, so she knew that she would be just fine, even if she wasn't entirely sure that she could promise herself that much or not, but that was fine.

Other smiled sadly. What was he suppose to do for her? Well, they would just go on a short walk. That wouldn't be too bad, right? "Okay, then, my dear. Let's go?" With that, the two turned down the path. Hopefully they would be able to get back here before their human came around again to pick them up. Other didn't really want the girl to be too worried about them, either, but he really did just want Twist to be happy... she was most important to him right now.
