[Sakora]

This wasn't the smartest idea. Sakora was being so stupid. Why did she bring Vine here? He blended right into the forest. She couldn't get any stupider. "Vine? Where are you?" She called. No answer. "Great." Sakora muttered as she looked around.

When Sakora felt something brush against her leg she looked down and smiled. Vine was right there, next to her. "There you are." She said as she patted him on the head.

Bold words are a Volpe talking to another Volpe.

[Sakora]

Vine brushed his head against Sakora's legs again and then darted into the bramble. "Great. I can't follow him into there." She sighed. Sakora walked over to the bramble, and then Vine jumped out to surprise her. "Oh!" She cried as she fell over in shock. Vine leaped to her side and poked his nose onto her wrist.

"I'm fine." She told him as she got back up and brushed off the dirt. The forest was nice in fall. The leaves made it colorful, but not in the bushes yet. They still had their green and Vine could blend right in, espically with Ivy leaves.

[Sakora]

Vine fluttered his little pixie wings and flew up to look Sakora in the eye. Even though Vines wings looked small, they could still lift him as high as he needed to go. It was really amazing. "Well Vine, where do you want to go?" She asked. Vine looked in the direction Sakora was facing and then came back down to earth to sit next to his owner's feet and put down tail in front of it.

Sakora giggled a little and picked up her Volpe. He acted so strange sometimes. "I guess it's time for us to go home." Sakora told Vine as she carried him through the forest.

[Sakora]

Vine didn't object. He wanted to go and see the little Neon Volpes that hung around lighting the place up when it got dark and sleeping during the day. Even if it was day, there was still usually one of them up.

"We are almost there." Sakora said. Partly to herself, and partly to Vine. Vine looked up at the 3 trees ahead. He knew they were almost there. As soon as they were in a sprinting distance away Vine just out of Sakora's arms and ran as fast as he could towards the three trees.

When Vine got the the base of one of the trees he quickly ran up the wooden stairs to see the other Volpes. Sakora shook her head and followed in a brisk jog up the stairs to keep up with Vine.
When Vine reached the 1st house, he looked around. Bright was in charge of guarding the lighting this house but she was no where too be seen. Vine sighed and then continued onto the wooden and rope bridge that connected the first house to the second.

[Sakora]

As Vine padded over to the 2nd house, the one where he and Sakora lived, Sakora was looking into the window of the first house. Bright should be sleeping, since she had to be out during the next. And, right there in one of the fluffy beds was Bright, sound asleep and still giving off a nice warm glow.
She moved along and crossed the bridge to follow Vine, who was already passing the 2nd house.

[Sakora]

Vine didn't bother to stop at the second house because he knew Neon was already asleep. He knew because before Sakora and him left for their walk Neon was already fast asleep. So, he hurried past to the bridge that led to the third house. When he passed by, he didn't notice Wish.

Wish looked at him from the bug that she was examining. All she did was roll her eyes and went back to looking at the bug.
Sakora almost ran past Wish but then stopped by the window to wave at her before following Vine again.

[Sakora]

When Vine finally reached the 3rd house he was stopped and looked to the left. There was glow, fast asleep. Vine sighed and then knocked on the door with his head. At least there was going to be someone to keep him company in here. Sakora ran to Vine's side.

"Geeze Vine. Why are you in a hurry?" She asked. Vine just nodded, because he had no idea what Sakora just said and then waited for the door to open.
Sakora waited with Vine, until she figured out why they were waiting. "Vine, the other Volpes can't open doors." She said as she turned the knoob and let him in.

[Sakora]

Vine looked up at Sakora. What was she talking about? He was waiting for her to open the door for him. Vine crept inside and bowed down. "Give me a break." Sakora muttered as she went over to the two Volpes sitting in the corner of the house, grooming each other.

Sakora kneeled down and patted her Royal Volpes on the head. Waves stopped grooming his mate and looked up at Sakora. Swirls looked over at Vines, who was stilling bowing.
"Good day isn't it?" Vine asked Waves and Swirls.
"Vine dear, you know we aren't really royality. You don't have to treat us like it." Waves informed him.
Vine nodded. He thought of them as royality. Their fluffy long coats and posture were things he lacked.

[Sakora]

"Vine, come on. If you want to continue our walk we should go, not hang around home."
Vine looked at Sakora, and then made a quick bow before leaving to follow his owner. Sakora climbed down the ladder and was about the walk away from the tree houses when she thought about something.
"I wonder if anyone else lives in these woods. It would be nice to meet them if someone did."
Vine just looked at Sakora and then climbed back up the ladder. maybe Wish could play. He was all bored, and he saw her awake for about a split second.
"Hey Vine, where are you going?" Sakora asked as she ran after Vine once again.

[Fall]

Fall giggled happily, bouncing along beside Rain. The Volpe was sniffing and getting her mouth around anything possible- which included a few rocks, a beetle, and the girl's hands. Rain licked Fall's hands happily, bouncing ahead a bit. Finally, Fall sat down on a tree stump, fiddling with the strap of her purse. She looked up just in time to see someone with a dark green Volpe go into a house. Well, she did want company...

She reached the front door and knocked tentatively. What was she thinking? That this person was like grandma and would welcome her with milk and cookies? Well, she wasn't that young. Being 11 had it's advantages, though. If you were in trouble, just smile widely and make a mad dash for it.

Hopefully she wouldn't have to run, because she was wearing her favorite sandles.

Rain: 0.1

[Sakora]

Sakora looked at the door. Who could be knocking? She just came in for about a second, because she was following Vine.
"Coming!" She called as she ran to the door and opened it. When Sakora opened the door, she saw another girl. She looked younger.
"Hello. What can I do for you?" She asked. Vine and Wish looked at the strange girl and her Volpe from behind Sakora's feet.
"She looks like Swirl doesn't she?" Vine mumbled to Wish. Wish nodded and replied,
"Yeah, I guess so. But they smell different."
Vine took a sniff. Wish was right. Maybe they knew each other or where related somehow.

[Fall]

Fall smiled timidly. "Umm... That's when she caught sight of Vine and Wish. "Aww! Your Volpes are so cute!" She snapped her attention back to Sakora, however, and blushed. "I was looking for someone to talk to... I don't really have any friends here." Then, feeling she should give her name, Fall put out a small hand. "I'm Fall Lorel, Pima Loveheart's daughter."

Rain sat down when Fall stopped to chat with the human looming in the doorway. Keeping one eye on the other female warily, she turned half her attention to Vine and Wish. "I'm Rain." Short and to the point. Always the charmer.

[Sakora]

"Thank you." Sakora replied. She didn't know why this girl was here. But, when she continued to listen to got it.
"Oh? That's nice. Never met her." Sakora replied. She thought that named ringed a bell, but she couldn't put a face to it.
"Why don't you come inside?" Sakora offered as she held open the door for Fall to walk in.
"Hello Rain. I'm Wish." Wish quickly replied. It was a reflex to say her name whenever she first talked to someone new. Vine shook his head at Wish's reply.
"And I'm Vine. It's very nice to meet you Rain."
