Junkie x Tank

Junkie had found herself sitting under a rather lovely tree, wondering why she had been brought to the gardens again. She didn't really mind it, though, concidering that the gardens were as pretty as they were, but she still wasn't entirely sure if she wanted to meet up with another brute any time soon. It couldn't hurt, though, she knew that, but that didn't exactally mean that she wanted to deal with it, either. Perhaps it was going to be for the better, though.

Tank had actually been dropped off not too long ago, so he was really just waiting for the perfect time to come out and see his female counterpart. In honesty, they hadn't ever really talked much back at the dens, so this was going to be the perfect time for him to meet his own species companion. He wasn't sure if she was going to like him or anything, but it really was worth a shot. How could he go wrong in a garden, anyway? At least one as lovely as this.

Junkie rested her head down on her paws. She wasn't too sure what she was suppose to be doing. If she was suppose to wait for this brute, or if she was suppose to start looking around for him herself. Surely she thought that it was the brute's job to go and find her, but if this creature wasn't as into the idea as she was, she would end up being forced from her pretty tree to go find someone she probably didn't even know. All she could do was sigh, at the moment.

With how things were going at the moment, Tank really wasn't sure if he was suppose to actually be looking for this female or not. He probably should have known what he was doing, but that really wasn't the case. He had never been here before. He'd had some feathers pulled to... create young, but that didn't really do all that much for him, since it meant that he'd never been to the gardens. This was his first time, and he had no idea what he was doing.

At least now Junkie was starting to hear things. She wasn't entirely sure if it was a good thing or not, but she surely wasn't going to argue about it. In fact, she sort of liked the idea of having someone come and find her for once. She'd always be the one hunting in hide-and-seek, so this was going to be a nice change. All she could hope for was that this wasn't going to be one of those Volpes that she'd end up wanting to eat... like that Broken creature.

Tank eventually stuck his head through a bush to find the creature. Thankfully it wasn't something that he was unfamiliar with. In fact, it was a good friend of his, the other Griffon. That made him very happy indeed. As long as this creature didn't mind him being around her, he didn't feel like anything bad was going to end up happening to him. Surely he'd be able to work things out, at least for the most part, if he tried.

Junkie flicked her ears to the sounds of ruffling leaves. Oh, look! It was the other Griffon! She slowly lifted herself up, happy to find that it wasn't Broken or someone that she was uncomfortable with. Since she knew this creature quite well, she felt like she wouldn't be having any problem at all with him. After all, they were almost like siblings! Same species, same breed... they even shared the same sleeping quarters! This would be just fine.

Tank flicked his ears. At least she had seen him, which was very good indeed, though he sill wasn't sure if it was a good idea for him to approach her quite yet. He cleared his throat and blinked at the female. "Good day to you, Junkie," he said happily, hoping that it wasn't wrong of him to say anything at all. "How are you this fine morning?" He wasn't too sure if he should expect a reply or not. He knew that she must have been who he was suppose to meet with, though.

Junkie tilted her head off to the side. Was she suppose to be doing something here? She didn't really think so, but just because she didn't think so didn't really mean anything. "Good day to you, too," she said, blinking slowly. This wasn't exactally going to be the most interesting of days, now was it? She shook her head a little. "I'm just fine. Yourself?" She really wasn't very good with small talk, but she didn't expect him to be, either, really.

Tank really wasn't sure if he was suppose to answer her or not. He wasn't all that sure if he was doing well at all, concidering that he was stuck in a garden that he'd never actually been in before. Maybe that didn't even matter, but he wasn't all that sure as to what he wanted to do. "I suppose that I'm fine, too," he replied, then sat down/ What else could he actually do? There wasn't all that much that could be done out here, anyway.

Junkie tilted her head off to the side. What was she suppose to do with this creature? She knew that he wasn't all that bad or anything, but that still didn't mean that she was all that sure about him. She knew that he was probably one of the nicer creatures out there, as long as he wasn't Broken, but still. She didn't know him as well as she wanted to. Perhaps she'd be able to figure something out later on, just for him.

Tank wasn't sure about this female, at least not right now. He had figured that it wasn't going to be all that hard to just... socialize himself with this creature, though, since he didn't really know her, he didn't even know what he was suppose to talk about. "Do you like the gardens?" he asked, trying to think of something, anything, that he could say that may help them out a little bit, in the way of conversation.

Junkie nodded a little, trying to smile. "Yes, I love the gardens. They're very pretty, after all. Do you like them?" She asked. She wasn't too sure if he did, though. The gardens usually weren't the place for a brute to actually want to be. She, of course, liked it very much. "I can't say that I blame you, if you don't like it." She didn't want him to feel bad if he didn't like anything that was around here, even if she loved it.

Tank could only blink. Was she serious? He had no idea if he liked it here or not, but he rteally did feel a little guilty that he didn't. Perhaps lying was goign to be the best thing for him to do at the moment? "The gardens are fine, Junkie," Tank told her, hoping that she would believe it. He wasn't too sure if he was a good liar, though, but hopefully he was good enough to where she wouldn't question him on the matter.

The female sadly wasn't too sure if she believed Tank or not. She was sure that he must have been a horrible liar, but that didn't mean all that much to her. Perhaps he just didn't want her to feel too bad about him not liking the garden as much as she did? That was a thought, so she wouldn't bother questioning it. "When did you get here?" she finally asked, still hoping that a conversation was a good idea at the moment.
