If you need to transfer your Qil to another member, post in here for the transaction. Transfers will be processed weekly. You may only have a total of 5 transfers in one week. Please keep all transactions in one post until the qil has been processed. I or a staff will put Transferred at the bottom of your post when the transfer has been processed. Please know if you have enough Qil for a transfer before transferring. If you do not have the correct amount, the Qil will not be transferred, and both you and who you were transferring Qil to will be PMed about the error. If you break a rule, you may be banned from transfers for the week.

Oh, forgot to add, things that you buy from the Sanctuary that are from offcial places will be automaticly deducted from your qil ^-^;; So no need to post in here for such.
For the 'To who:' part, you put user names, like for example, if you were to send Qil to me, you would put 'Admin' in the 'to who:' part, as 'admin' is my username.
