16. Lunatic took one more smell from one of the large flowers, then stretched herself out. At least it was a fine day to get to be lazing about. It wasn't all that exciting to laze, but at least it was something. Besides, it wouldn't hurt to have a bit of beauty sleep! In fact, it would be lovely to get to rest for a good long time, even if it meant that she would be unguarded... Then again, who would be lurking around the gardens?

17. Winter turned his nose back to the air, where on earth could this female be? He knew her scent, yet he couldn't find her. How exactally did that work? Shouldn't he be able to find her in a heart beat? Perhaps he didn't know her as well as he had thought... that was an idea... but he didn't really want to believe it. He enjoyed Lunatic's company, and he tended to spend most of his time around her, so he should be able to find her!

18. Lunatic shook out her fur again, happy to feel like she was actually safe here, even though she didn't know that to be truth. She didn't plan on finding out if it wasn't, though, so she slowly crawled under the bush and curled up. Oh, it was cozy under here. She wasn't exactally expecting that, but it was nice... and it made her feel so much more safe than what she had felt outside of the bush! It was quite fantastic.

19. This really was starting to annoy poor Winter! If he couldn't find her, he would be stuck doing nothing again, and that just didn't seem to make him happy... not at all. Of course, there wasn't a whole lot for him to do if he didn't manage to find the female. He already knew that, though, so there wasn't much of a point for him to complain about it anymore. He should just attempt to find her, to the best of his abilities.

20. Lunatic had actually managed to forget her tail outside of the bush, which was strange, but she just didn't seem to notice it. It didn't matter a whole lot to her, though, since who would be looking for bushes with tails? No one, so there wasn't a reason to even bother with it. She'd be just fine where she sat, and it would be a lovely place to take a bit of a nap, which is just what she intended to do.

21. Winter sat down for a moment. What on earth was he suppose to do no? Hadn't he looked more or less everywhere he possibly could? Sure, he knew the place was big, but this was just insane. She couldn't have honestly been on the entire other side of the garden, now could she? Maybe she could, he didn't quite know, but... he just wanted his playmate to come and talk to him! He hated being alone all the time like this. It just wasn't pleasant.

22. Lunatic stretched out her front paws a little, letting them touch the trunk of the bush. Perhaps this was just a very droopy tree, considering how thick that trunk happened to be. Shouldn't they just be thin, yet sturdy, on bushes? She didn't really know, though, seeing as she wasn't all that much of a gardener, but still. She thought that was how it usually was. She was, of course, probably just wrong. That she could understand.

23. Oh, what was that? Winter couldn't quite tell, but it appeared to be a... fuzzy bush? Now, that just wasn't right at all! Perhaps he should go and check that out, just to be sure that he wasn't going entirely crazy, but if he were to move, what if Lunatic were to pass by... and he'd miss her? Well, it wasn't like that mattered, seeing as he probably already had missed her, so checking out that bush would probably be a better way to spend his time.

24. Lunatic was finally able to close her eyes, realizing that there wasn't any more of a reason for her to stay awake. Besides, it was a nice place to sleep... especially with how it smelled, so this would just have to be where she stayed till Oshi came to get her, whenever that may have been. Poor Oshi, though. She was probably having a fit with all of those pups that were running around back home. There were only three, but for a human, that was a lot.

25. Once Winter was close to the tree, he poked at the fuzzy bush. Well, he realized it definantly wasn't a bush, but a tail! Now, who's tail could this be? Hopefully it would be Lunatic's. He slowly stuck his nose under the bush to find, who else, Lunatic. She seemed to be sleeping, though... so he slowly crawled under the bush and flopped himself down next to her, his tail sticking out of the bush, as well.
