Broken x Noko

Oshi Uso let out a short sigh. What on earth was she thinking... leaving Broken and Noko to bond and play? She knew that something would go wrong, yet here she was, doing something completely foolish. "Alright Broken, Noko," the girl said, having both of the Volpe look up at her, though neither appeared to be happy. "Try to be good, alright?" This was... such a very bad idea. She should have known not to do this...

[Uso]

The moment Oshi turned away from the two, Broken started growling at Noko. The poor pixie hadn't even done anything! The female flattened her ears back, promptly returning the growl twords Broken. "Broken, Noko!" Oshi growled as she turned back around. "Behave for at least a moment? Please?" She really just wanted to get away from the two before they started fighting. Besides, both of these Volpes were perfectly capable of taking care of themselves... weren't they?

The girl turned around again, hoping that the two Volpe would be able to withstand eachother, at least till she couldn't hear their squabbles anymore. Soon enough, though, the girl was out of sight, and the two Volpes were once again growling contently at eachother. Noko really did refuse to take command from something such as Broken... whatever he honestly was, she just didn't think of him to be a Volpe! Certainally not one that was actually worth a second glance.

As for Broken... heavens, he just wanted to get at Noko's throat and tear her apart! This was, of course, a very bad thing indeed. Sadly, this was his nature, making it difficult for him to see past the fact that this creature happened to be a pixie. In fact, Broken didn't even think he was doing anything wrong. He just thought this was how it was suppose to be; a Hellhound trying to rip apart a Pixie. Nothing new, and all it was was very simple. There was just no way around it.

Noko held her tails high in the air, refusing to let herself seem afraid of the Friday Volpe. All he was happened to be bad-luck. That much Noko knew for sure. He was scarey, to make it all worse. Of course, there wasn't really anything that she could do about it, even if she wanted to just run away. If she were to turn her back, even for just a moment, Broken would easily be able to take her life... which wasn't really something Noko was willing to give him. Not now, not ever.

[Uso]

Broken could already smell the fear that filled Noko. Surprisingly, he wasn't quite sure if Noko knew that he could tell how afraid she was of him. It made it all the more interesting, though, but it also made it a whole lot more complicated. Of course, he would simply get over it, to ensure that he himself wouldn't have to end up falling to a Fairy. That would be simply embarresing! And stupid, he would have to admit. Besides... she was afraid of him, not the other way around.

Perhaps, if Noko were to slowly back away from Broken, he wouldn't bother chasing after her? Would the creature even be able to risk it? It wasn't like she really had a choice. Carefully, Noko moved a paw back, letting a rock slide between her paw and the earth. It didn't seem that Broken was really interested in her, but... what if he had some sort of plan to kill her anyway? She couldn't really stop, though, either. This was just going to get more and more complicated.

Broken flicked his ears forword as Noko started to walk backwords. What exactally was she trying to do? Did she want him to harm her? If she did, she certainally was a strange one, but that would suit him just fine. For a moment, the Friday Volpe stayed quiet, but eventually started growling, making Noko stop her motion and plant her ears back against her skull. This was all far too easy for Broken. Maybe he should give her a head start...

Noko kept her ears flat against her head, hoping more than anything to just get to walk away. Of course, she knew that wasn't going to happen any time soon, even though she felt like she deserved to be let go. It wasn't like she had done anything, anyway. Every single sound seemed to frighten her. Already realizing this, she happened to notice that Broken wasn't paying as much attention to her. Maybe she could leave, but what if it all was just a trap?

Broken sniffed at the air for a moment. She was most definantly afraid of him. Ah, the sweet scent of fear. Sadly, it didn't seem like the female planned on running away any time soon, even though she was quite obviously dead afraid of the male that stood before her. Why wouldn't she run? Did she know that he planned on going after her anyway? Perhaps she was actually trying to overcome her fears? Wouldn't that be a change from all the other creatures he knew...

Noko tried taking another step back, but quickly noted that Broken was indeed keeping her in his sights, run in the corner of his eye. This wasn't going to be fun at all... to be stuck with something like this. Maybe she would need to try something different? Noko took a few slow steps forword, keeping her head low and her hears back. He could already smell her fear, so why even try to hide it? It wasn't like she was doing a good job at that, anyway.

Broken set one ear back, trying to figure out what exactally Noko was doing. She was... coming closer to him. But why? Was she not afraid of him anymore? No, she still stank of fear, but here she was, coming closer to something that could probably very easily kill her in just a few seconds. Perhaps she planned on starting a fight with him. Now there would be something for Broken to play with! For now, though, he would just wait. He would eventually find out what was happening.

This was actually fairly strange for Noko. She was expecting the Friday Volpe to lash at her the moment she started walking forword, yet he didn't. Of course, this happened to be a very good thing, so she wouldn't think far too much about it. Once sure was right in front of the male, she didn't make eye contact. Instead, she rubbed her head against his chest ruff. If her ears weren't against her skull right now, his beard would have easily burned them off.

Broken's ears shot back. What on earth was this strange beast doing?! He took a step back, making it so Noko was no longer touching him. It was obvious that the Fairy had already ran out of ideas, thus making it so that was her last chance. It did indeed distract him, but it didn't really change anything. It just meant that she didn't want to fight him. Now where was the fun in that? Well, there wasn't any reason for him to harm her, then, since nothing more would happen.

The female blinked lightly, trying to figure out why the male hadn't harmed her. Apparently she had done something right, which made it all the easier for her to deal with. Of course, it was still going to be very hard for her to figure out what more she could do to save her own life. After a few moments, Noko let out a small bark that sounded slightly like a young bird. She didn't mean for that to happen, but it was just because she was dead afraid, unable to show her full voice.
